PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Emma Harling Studio objects are cut or made to order. This approach supports small-scale production and minimizes waste. Any minor discrepancies or signs of being handmade are considered part of the nature of the object rather than flaws. 

The fabrics are generally recommended for residential use and light upholstery. We recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing fabric orders by the yard. Slight color variations between dye lots may occur.

MATERIALS

The materials are carefully selected. We avoid fossil-derived materials and opt for natural fibers such as cotton, linen, wool and silk, which have been used in textiles for thousands of years. 

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Prices shown on the site are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Members of the trade can sign up for our trade program in order to receive discounts.

The orders are generally shipped from New York.

LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING

Once the order is processed and confirmed, you can expect the order to be shipped within 5 business days. Exceptions apply for custom orders including fabric orders by the yard.

For some fabric orders, an estimated lead time will be provided when the order is placed, starting once payment has been received. While lead times most often are accurate, they are approximate and can be subject to change.

Orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If your country is not listed as destination in the webshop, please contact us in order to receive a custom shipping quote. Customers outside of the United States may be charged import duty and local sales tax upon arrival of the shipment. Any additional charges is to be paid by the customer. The additional charges and custom clearance rates vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

As our products are made to order, all sales are final. We are not able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If you have questions about an item before making your purchase, do not hesitate to get in touch over email.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt and images attached and we will evaluate the issue.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and will not pass on your e-mail address or contact details to any other company without your consent.
We may contact you by email, post or telephone, primarily as customer service following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have.
